By purchasing from Little Luxe Perfumes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on any of our products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anna@littleluxeperfumes.com. We will gladly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund once the issue has been confirmed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product when contacting us.

Authenticity and Product Verification

Our Authentic Perfume Collection is sourced from verified suppliers and is certified authentic. If you believe you have received a product that is not genuine, please contact us immediately at anna@littleluxeperfumes.com. We will gladly have you return the item (at your cost for shipping) so it can be independently verified for authenticity. Should the product be confirmed as inauthentic, a full refund including return postage will be provided.

Our Luxury Inspired Collection consists of fragrances that are not affiliated with or produced by the original designer brands. These perfumes are inspired by popular designer scents and are crafted to provide a similar fragrance experience at an affordable price. We clearly label these products within their respective collection and guarantee quality and presentation, though they are not authentic designer items.

Product Sensitivity & Liability

Our fragrances are designed for general use; however, skin sensitivity and allergic reactions may vary between individuals. Little Luxe Perfumes does not accept liability for any allergic reactions, rashes, or skin irritation that may occur as a result of product use. We recommend testing a small amount prior to full application, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
